That I am actually updating my journal on here?? I am. wow. Well I have recently started my second semester at Campbell. It is grand. I have made such awesome friends here. I absolutely love it. I also love all of my classes (for the most part). I am taking 3 Mass Communication classes, so its mostly stuff i am interested in. I am thinking about changing my concentration to Public Relations instead of print journalism, but I dont know yet. I have also decided to get more involved around campus this semester. I made an attempt last semester by trying out for a couple of plays and joining the Campus Activities Board (CAB) concert committee. I ended up never going to the CAB meetings (even though I still went to the concert committee meetings). I was in the student directed One Act Festival here which was fun. And I auditioned and got a part in the winter drama. I actually had a pretty big part, but rehearsals just about killed me. It's a very intense show and rehearsals were crazy (4 hours a night for at least 3 nights a week) so I decided to quit. Great decision. It gave me a lot more time to do things that will actually benefit me in my career goals. So I am writing for the Campbell Times (our newspaper), and I joined the AdClub (for advertising/Mass Communication majors), and I got back into doing CAB. So things are pretty busy, but lots of fun. And I turn 19 soon. woot!!
